Order Dispatch

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. For express post orders, we will prioritise packing with the aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days. If your order is urgent, please reach out to us at hello@wilmasport.com.au.

If any item in your order is unavailable, we will reach out to notify you.

Note: During peak sale periods or promotional events, dispatch times may extend to 5-7 business days. Rest assured, we will always aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. 

Shipping Within Australia

We offer both express and standard shipping options within Australia via Australia Post.

• Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 working days* via Australia Post.
  *For detailed express post parcel region coverage, please refer to Australia Post’s delivery information.

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 10 working days via Australia Post.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as postal service delays, which are beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over AU $200.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, if you are an international customer interested in our products, please contact us at hello@wilmasport.com.au. We’ll be happy to explore potential options for shipping outside of Australia, and if we see significant interest, we may expand this service in the future.
