About your order

To ensure longevity, we recommend:
- machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water
- ensuring all buttons and zippers are done up
- using a laundry bag, in particular for more delicate fabrics such as our Featherlight Competition Shirt and Aero Competition Jacket
- washing inside out for Classic Hybrid Breeches to protect the silicone
- laying items flat to dry to avoid stretching
- avoid tumble drying or bleaching.
Our team works hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please reply to your order confirmation to hello@wilmasport.com.au with the subject line 'URGENT - Order update' to ensure we can assist you promptly.
If your order was placed over the weekend or has already been shipped, we may not be able to accommodate your request. In this case, our easy exchange process will be available to help.
- Standard orders: Shipped within 1-3 business days (up to 5 days during peak times).
- Express orders: Prioritised and shipped within 1-2 business day

Shipping rates and AusPost delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (2-10 business days) – $9.95
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – $15.00
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200!
Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, if you are an international customer interested in our products, please contact us at hello@wilmasport.com.au and we will be happy to see what we can do.
We want you to love your Wilma Sport purchase! If you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note returns or exchange for change of mind will incur postage costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that:
- were purchased over 30 days ago
- have been worn, washed or otherwise not in its original condition
- no longer have original tags attached
- are gift cards or vouchers
- were bought on sale or at a discounted price.
