Refund policy
We want you to love your Wilma Sport purchase!
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, ensuring a smooth and simple process should you need to return an item.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at hello@wilmasport.com.au to request a return. Please provide your order number.
- Once you receive email confirmation of your return approval, please send the item to PO Box 5155, Kingston ACT 2604.
- For change-of-mind returns, the shipping costs are at your expense, and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that:
- were purchased over 30 days ago
- have been worn, washed or otherwise not in its original condition
- do not have original tags attached
- are gift cards or vouchers
- were bought on sale or at a discounted price.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping
- Return shipping for change-of-mind is at your expense and non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery of your return.
- Wilma Sport is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
